Slow down and tune in. Synchronize body and mind with a guided breathwork session improving overall wellbeing. Relax and recharge.
Yoga Sculpt
Power and flow with a strenght training to complement your ride, leaving you energized and refreshed. Continue your burn with this fresh add-on, open to yogis of all levels.
Bala Bite Size
Take your workout up a notch, utilizing our signature bala weights and products. In this session we bring in elements of pilates, barre and aerobics, to deliver a boost of power and strenght.
WHAT TO EXPECT
We’re focused on the future of our planet and encourage you to bring a water bottle. Both sweat and shower towels are included in your ride, you’ll find them outside the studio door and in the changing rooms. We kindly ask you not to use more than 1 of each. Blow dryers, styling irons and essential products are also provided.
Suspension training equipment, mats and stretching aids are available for use in our recovery space. We encourage you to extend your stretching routine after any ride or session.
