WHAT THIS MEANS FOR YOU
Because all of our classes meet the official QualiCert quality standard in Switzerland, many health insurance providers recognize our programs as eligible for preventive health reimbursement! Depending on your insurer and supplementary coverage, you may be able to receive partial reimbursement for your class credits – even retrospectively for credit purchases made since January 1st 2026.
HOW YOU APPLY FOR REIMBUSEMENT
If you’d like to claim reimbursement, send an email to your insurance company with the following information and attachments:
Your name, adress, birth date
Credit purchase receipt (keep your email sales receipts)
Studio ID (see below)
ZSR number (see below)
Insurance Policy / number
Supplementary Insurance (if you have one)
Some health insurance companies might want to ask for a filled out form. Find PDF, Studio IDs and ZSR Numbers for both locations below. Please send filled out form to basel@openride.ch (for any Basel credit pack reimbursement) or hey@openride.ch (for any Zurich credit pack reminbursement) for approval and signature by CEO, and then send completed form along with your credit purchase receipts to your health insurer.
