During July and August prepare for an additional challenge, surrender to the power of sweat. Check the schedule for designated Encore rides, offered across times and rides in both studios.
No additional cost. Additonal carbs, recommended 🍝
Need to clock out on time? There’s always a ride break at 40-42 minutes, your exit strategy if you’re skipping the final 15. Rides run as usual with the extra time offered, but not required. You control the heat.

Catch us at Soluna Beach now through July 19th, serving up Control classes + brunch every weekend.
Whether you’re riding the early wave at 9:15 or more of a sun chaser at 11:15, come for a burn hotter than the summer sun
